Club 87 was established over 75 years ago (in 1943!!!) as a Bar and Nightclub ("Honky Tonky") and is the oldest bar in the greater Golden Triangle Area.
Club 87 is known for live music and has hosted many famous artists throughout the years including Hank Williams, Sr., George Jones, Bob Willis, Huey Buxton, the Boogie Kings, Marvin Walston, Westernaires, Ray LeLeux, James David and the Shanes, Ralph Richardson, Gulf Coast Top Hands, and many many others.
The club has been totally renovated and remodeled and is one of the hippest and coolest bars / nightclubs within the entire Golden Triangle Area (the Beaumont-Port Arthur-Orange and immediate surrounding areas) and is certainly the hippest and coolest bar / nightclub within Orange County, Texas.
Located directly off of State Highway 87 at the end of Ivy Drive in the Little Cypress area of Orange, Texas just outside of the city limits of Orange, Texas in Orange County, Texas. (i) successful bar or nightclub operational experience which can be met by the tenant, a partner, an employee (say a general manager), and/or consultant; [In essence, although the business is not extremely complicated to operate it's like almost any other endeavor in that you need to have a basic fundamental understanding on how to successfully operate the business otherwise you expose yourself in possibly making rookie and costly mistakes. Once you learn the ropes of successfully operating the business then you could possibly reduce or eliminate any third person(s) activities (involvement).];
(ii) the financial ability (capital (money)) to successfully operate the business which can be met by the tenant, partner(s), investor(s), and lender(s).
